TPM has recently increased its sticker production capacity, thanks to investment in new equipment. Whatever type of sticker you require - from simple barcode labels to intricate kiss-cut designs, we are now able to offer some of the most competitive prices and fastest turnarounds possible.

All stickers come presented in one of two different ways - on sheets or on rolls. Both products can be freely customised in their shape, size and finish. So, how do you choose which one best suits your requirements? Here, we look at the advantages of both:

Stickers on a Sheet:

Stickers supplied on sheets are ideal for manually applying by hand. Sheets are typically A4 size - but they don’t have to be. In fact, the backing sheet can be cut to any dimensions or shape.

  • Digital printing AND cutting means there is no more need for expensive die-cutting and set-up charges of the past.

  • Multiple designs can be put on the same sheet, allowing for a set of different stickers to be conveniently in one place.

  • Sheets can be printed on demand, with a turnaround time as little as 1-2 days. Production of stickers on rolls can typically take longer.

  • Stickers supplied on sheets are cost-effective for small quantities (around 500 or less).

  • The waste area between each sticker can be printed on, allowing information such as instructions to be passed on to the end-user.

  • Sheets are easy to store in a drawer and distribute individually.

Ideal for: small businesses, offices, retail, learning institutions, jar and bottle labels, reverse window-cling stickers, short-run packaging, barcodes, QR codes, prescription labels, bumper stickers and personal projects.

Stickers on a Roll:

  • Stickers supplied on rolls are cost-effective for large quantities (around 500 or more).

  • Rolls are ideal for use with label dispensers or automated labelling machines where stock moves fast.

  • The cylindrical shape allows rolls to be stacked without taking up much space. They can easily be kept in a drawer or together with office stationery.

  • Ideal for a wide range of materials including waterproof stock, vinyl, thermal substrates and polypropylene. UV finishes can protect against moisture, oil and sunlight.

  • Durable and high-tack, roll labels are suitable for harsh environments such as freezers, or where water and chemicals are present. They can also be tear-resistant.

  • Customers can choose the number of sheets on a roll, the core diameter, roll width and winding direction.

Ideal for: industrial settings, product packaging, inventory, logistics and shipping labels, warning signs, durable barcode and QR labels.

From small honey jars to heavy-duty petro-chemical packaging, TPM has printed thousands of labels for all kinds of customers. Whatever your label requirement, we are happy to give your project the roll out it deserves.
